* 기아자동차 (Kia Motors Corporation) (Seoul, South Korea) (2008 – 2011)
- Project and program manager with the Overseas Market Support Team, International Division.
Oversaw the development and implementation of Kia Sales Academy. Coordinated with independent agencies, Kia subsidiaries and distributors, and managed a budget of ₩500,000,000. Lead and hosted multiple training sessions and events, presenting a professional public global image for Kia Motors.
* Toastmasters International (Seoul, South Korea) (2008 – Present)
- Involved as a local and national leader of this internationally recognized public speaking, communication, and leadership organization. Continually practicing and developing these skills ensures a consistent ability to deliver high quality coaching & instruction.

- Instructed all levels of conversational English for both credit and non-credit university courses. Class sizes ranged from 1–28 students and included important class components such as public presentations and debating skills. Initially taught ESL to children aged 5–18. The language level varied from first-time English classes up to essay writing, reading comprehension, and English discussion.
* Canadian Forces (Canada) (1998 – 2000)
- Glider Instructor with the Canadian Forces teaching delivering flight instruction. Our team of instructors taught a group of about 30 students each summer. Performed one-on-one, small group, and classroom training throughout the summer and was also responsible for testing the students. Through military officer leadership training I learned different instruction techniques, public speaking, lesson planning, and classroom management.
