Served as Teacher Trainer for English as a Second Language instructors. Responsible for preparing and delivering professional development programs, contributing material for custom-printed course textbooks, and evaluating teacher performance during observation and feedback sessions. Additional duties included teaching Middle School students enrolled in The Gifted Student Program and coordinating Distance Education Program.
Youngsan University 2010
Served as Guest English Instructor for Winter English Camp. Responsible for planning and implementation of English as a Second Language activities. Duties included teaching Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking to Intermediate level ESL students.
National Institute for International Education 2009-2010
Responsible for the design, implementation and assessment of English education curriculum for Eonyang Middle School. Duties include editing English language textbooks, creating evaluation rubrics and providing in-service trainings for Korean K-12 faculty. Collaborated with faculty to develop effective extracurricular programs to reduce student dependence on private English academies.
