- As a teacher at a newly established academy I was involved in the development of the Kindergarten and Elementary English programmes at the school.
- My regular duties included preparing material for classes and coordinating regular tests. I was also responsible for the daily management of the 7 years old pre-school class.
- I focused on developing all aspects of the English language when designing activities. I facilitated an active learning environment through an enthusiastic attitude.

- Through my experience at Ansan Girls High School I gained experience in co-teaching. I found teamwork to be vital in the challenging large classes.
- My duties included developing an English programme to correspond with the established curriculum. Maintaining order in classes of over 40 students was achieved through placing an emphasis on having fun while learning.
- In coordinating with my co-teachers in the English Department I learned valuable lessons in communication and teamwork in a multicultural environment.
