SIUE is an Illinois accredited university which offers a wide range of curriculums.
I graduated in May 2009 and obtained a B.A in English Language/Literature. During this time, I took a wide range of English courses that specialized in Britain Literature, American Literature, African American Literature, Critical theory and Analysis, Shakespeare etc. An emphasis was placed on grammatical structure and syntax associated with the English Language.
I graduated with a cumulative G.P.A. of 3.102 on a 4.0 scale
* St. Joseph’s College
This was a private college that offered a wide range of curriculums. During the course study I took various pre-requisite courses and received individual attention from instructors, to emphasize class lectures.
* Thornton Fractional South Township High School
TFS is a Public High School. Date of attendance: Graduated with a H.S. Diploma
Working History
* Yuam Elementary School November 11, 2009-Present. Currently I work with children aged 5-13 years old in Pocheon South Korea. I follow the provided English Curriculum and introduce a range of activities, and games that emphasize the lessons during the after-school program.
* America Reads Tutor
Beginning September 2004 until May 2005, I worked with a wide range of students aging from 7 years old until 18 years old. This was an inner city volunteer program in East, St. Louis IL. I was responsible for tutoring children after school from 4 pm until 7 pm. My objective was to make sure each student progressed from their previous grading term. I also taught several children how to read in order to ensure academic success.
