: Reporting directly to the National Customer Response Manager, servicing BP’s business to business and consumer clients. Duties included customer account maintenance and the processing of fuel orders of up to 40,000 lt. per order. Role developed toward facilitating client services via email and web interface, documenting procedures, and redesigning, implementing and constantly maintaining the department's internal intranet. Role developed again to become a claims consultant reporting directly to the National Customer Response, National Carwash and National Fuels Managers. This role was a highly complex one, involving thorough investigations of the liability of BP Australia, regarding damages claims of up to AU $20,000. Resigned in order to devote full attention to tertiary studies.
Personal Introduction # Career Objective
- Teaching English is a job that I truly enjoy and I am hoping to make my career teaching English in Korea. I feel very much at home in the classroom, and really appreciate a lively classroom atmosphere, especially with kindergarten and elementary students. Currently I am seeking a one year contract, teaching any age level, with a view to contract renewal for further years for the right employer.
