Personal Introduction I'm a very versatile and creative person, I have a positive work ethic, commitment to high standards, an ability to work unsupervised and perform all duties with a focus on detail, initiative and responsibility. I have a very friendly, outgoing nature, enjoy working with people on all levels, eagerly embrace challenges and changes, enthusiastically participate in achieving team goals, and at the same time strive to exceed expectations. I have 10 years of experience in teaching students of all ages from kindergarten up to adult. I have also co-authored and proofread several English educational materials.

My lessons are well planned and professionally executed. I adopt a communicative/tasks based approach to English teaching and try to keep my lessons as engaging and enjoyable as possible. I am convinced that the key to achieving good results with students of all ages is to make the learning process enjoyable. I have also studied several languages; two at the university level, and know what kind of hurdles there are for students to overcome. In addition I can speak and understand basic Korean which can be useful sometimes in understanding more specifically what areas a student may be having trouble with.

With this in mind, I think I would make an excellent addition to your staff as I enjoy sharing my language and culture, and am capable of achieving any task I set myself, to a very high standard.

I would appreciate the opportunity to meet with you in person to discuss my qualifications and your company’s needs.
