7 Air Force Munitions Stockpile Manager for the South Korean Peninsula.
Responsible for the distribution and redistribution of assets for two Main Operating Bases (MOB), 4 Collocated Operating Bases (COB) and 5 War Reserve Stock for Allies (WRSA) sites through the South Korean Peninsula. Ensures control and accountability over material inventory control points. Controls and remedies stocks are maintained at appropriate levels. This includes aggressive oversight of accountability and inventory management. Monitors and evaluates changing demand patterns, delivery timeliness, reorder actions, and takes necessary action to ensure items are available when required. Accomplishes requirements computation for assigned items, taking into consideration such factors as item application, authorizations, projects to support, item consumption/usage rates, assets on hand, assets being procured, quantity of reparable items in the system and other trends. Directs 18 Stock Record Account Numbers (SRAN) in support of Time Phased Force Deployment Data (TPFDD).

Munitions Accountable Systems Officer (MASO) / Senior Quality Assurance Evaluator (SQAE). Fully responsible for the directing the accomplishment of inventories and accounts for material on loan. Further controls courtesy storage of items that are excess to current requirements. Promptly coordinates with higher headquarters replacing short-fall items. Provides daily item management support. Determines current and future supply requirements. Reviews and analyzes reported usage, past programs, future workloads and other applicable data to determine and project stockage and issue requirements. Further managed three War Reserve Materiel and War Reserve Stock for Allies munitions accounts. Analyzed and provided Quality Assurance evaluations to ensure compliance of Republic of Korea Air forces (ROKAF) maintenance personnel. Provided technical expertise and training on diverse electronic test sets, missiles, and munitions sub-components. Ensured safety directives were in compliance and followed. Developed budget requirements and executed funding for maintenance and periodic inspections of largest munitions stockpile on the Korean peninsula. Analyzed management data to determine effective supply management. Recommended policy/ procedural change to higher headquarters for accountability management. Provided unit commanders briefings on custody accounts. Developed and published operating instructions for munitions custody supply procedures. Submitted difficulty reports for the Combat Ammunition System for software and procedural errors. I reviewed Table of Allowances for validity of equipment requirements. Ensured adequate security for Controlled Inventory Item Code assets. I also ensured appropriate level for relief of accountability for customers based on Controlled Inventory Item Codes, dollar amounts, and/or quantities. Managed compliance with Resource Conservation Recovery Act for United States titled munitions. Responsible as host for munitions courtesy storage agreements with the United States Army. Sent the Global Asset Positioning, and War Consumable Distribution Objective reports to Headquarters.
