I have been teaching in Korea since May of 2001. I love teaching younger camp students and my students always tell me how much they enjoy my teaching style.
I enjoy the Korean Culture and my appreciation for the Korean Culture grows stronger with each passing day. I consider the Korea Culture a gem that must be preserved for the future Korean generations, as well as, for the world as a whole.
I currently have an E-1 Visa and I am certain that my employer, Hannam University in Daejeon, will be willing to provide me with the necessary paperwork to allow me to teach in your camp, PART-TIME, ONLINE ETC..
My preference would be to be informed if I am hired to teach before December 13, 2011 so that I can make my travel & work plans accordingly. However, I am willing to wait if this timeframe is not practical for you.
I consider myself athletic so I can keep up with the physical aspects of the camps. I have been an instructor for golf, I water ski & snow ski, I play tennis, I play soccer, and for exercise I swim 3 to 4 times a week.
My Undergraduate Degree is in Communications where I was a stage manager for a musical, and also acted in an exclusive role. So I do have a creative nature. I am very proficient in video editing and production as well.
I am proficient in writing lesson plans, providing student evaluations, can teach any subject and perform any activity you'd like. I have also taught Film & Current Events to university students and middle school classes.
