In the fall of 2006 I decided to step down as General Manager in order to return to school and finish my studies. Throughout this time I have continued to play an active role in overseeing the operational aspects of the business. My current duties involve the training, development, and oversight of the management team (consisting of a general manager, assistant manager, and several key holders) as well as local store marketing, and P & L accountability. During my tenure with Moe’s I have overseen 10-15% sales increases year over year since the restaurant opened in 2004. Today, this location is among the top 10% highest grossing restaurants within the Moe’s brand.
