● Tailored each class to match needs of students to account for great discrepancy in age groups. Was required to teach job interview classes as well as business discussion classes. Open mindedness to a wide range of topics was necessary to relate to every student.
● Demonstrated dedication of work by adapting to an extremely flexible and heavy work schedule that consisted of shifting work hours to compensate for lack of teachers. Took part in planning and hosting out of class activities and parties. Responsible for updating class roster with personality traits of students to help other teachers.
Avalon English, Pyeongchon campus (Feb 2011 - Sept 2011)
● Primarily taught elementary school students in class sizes of 10-15. Had upwards of 90 students per Avalon semester and taught from a variety of teaching materials.
● Taught presentation classes to help prepare students for a Seoul wide presentation competition. Pyeongchon campus students all received some commendations or better.
