- Personal Trainer(2009)
- Personal trainer at the Boston College Flynn Complex. Responsible for meeting prospective clients and gaining an understanding of their needs. Developed programs for weight loss and muscular gain while taking into account the activities my clients enjoy. Provided encouragement and support for my clients, designing programs based around their strengths and weaknesses. Worked with the gym staff to ensure that facilities were prepared and conducive for client engagement.

In addition, was responsible for receiving and accountability of supplies, opening and closing of the restaurant at the start and end of the workday, addressing customer questions and concerns, training new employees, and accounting for daily cash receipts.

- Providing excellent customer service, I assisted customers with any/all questions or concerns about the products. I also initiated conversation with customers to promote a friendly environment while making sure to endorse the merchandise. Handled exchanged or returned merchandise, carried out the duties of a cashier, performed stock work, unloaded merchandise, folded clothes, and arranged displays. Educated customers on product options and questions related to the merchandise, as well as demonstrated good active communications skills in order to understand the needs of the customer. Provided customer centered solutions to buyers and potential buyers.
* Volunteer Work
- New England Teen Camp: For 2 summers in a row, I have volunteered at a Christian Bible camp where I acted as a camp counselor. I worked with both younger teens and older teens. I aided them in understanding the lessons that were taught to them. I also prepared group activities for my campers during down time in order to help the campers to feel bonded. I slept in the same cabin as my campers and was there for them 24/7.
