4. Qualifications: Native English speaker with bachelor¡¯s degree or higher / and two or more years of teaching experience. TESOL master¡¯s degree or TESL/TEFL certificate preferred. Applicants available for face-to-face interview preferred.
5. Salary: 2,350,000 won - 2,500,000 won, depending on education and experience.
6. Housing: Modern studio-type room with its own bathroom and a shared kitchen on campus. (It will be in faculty quarters in a new 18-story complex building, which includes various facilities such as dry cleaning, bookstore, convenience store, two restaurants, coffee shop, bakery, students¡¯ rooms, and research centers.)

8. Working Hours: Afternoon and Evening Classes. (Classes usually start at 1:30 p.m. and end at 8:50 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. On Tuesday and Friday no classes, instead have Caf¨¦ Hours and Meetings.)
9. 18 - 24 teaching hours per week (minimum teaching hours required are 18 per week. Overtime payment (20,000won per hour) for more than 18 hours. Can teach up to 24 hours per week + 8 hours of extra duties (such as caf¨¦ hours).
10. For the summer and winter intensive programs, the minimum requirement teaching hours per week are 10 with overtime payment. If you want, you can teach up to 25 hours per week. The intensive programs are usually for university students.
11. Benefits: ¢Ù 3 weeks paid leaves during summer & winter vacations (6 weeks paid leave per year) ¢Ú Medical Insurance: 50 % of medical insurance paid by employer, 50% paid by employee ¢Û 100,000 won a month for meals. (It will be deposited into your account with base salary.) ¢Ü Severance Pay: One-month base rate salary after completion of contract ¢Ý Korean National Pension: 50% paid by employer(which amounts to 100,000 won per month) ¢Þ Free School Gym Membership ¢ß Air ticket reimbursement up to 1.2 million won for one way trip respectively
