Maximum 10 students with Korean home room teacher available for assistance
2.30pm - 5.30pm: Teaching English
Kindergarten (2x30 minutes) and Elementary (3x40 minutes) Break (1x30 minutes)
Maximum 7 students per class

Our school branch opened last year and is part of a growing franchise. We have quadrupled our student numbers in the 15 months that we have been open and built our reputation on teacher excellence and the combination of rapid results with student fun/enjoyment.
This branch is situated on the new ¡¥Island built in the sea¡¦ - Songdo, a very affluent new digital city. The entire city is newly built and the school is situated in the Free Economic Zone right next to the recently completed, tallest building in Korea.
The school teaches entirely in English to small classes at the upper end of the schooling market and is run and managed by an Westerner (Me! ļ). It is based around the British/American school system and teachers a variety of subjects alongside English.
The school provides a curriculum for you to follow which reduces planning time and of course I will always be available for any advice or help you may need.
We aim to make the school a really exciting place for kids to be - it should be fun! Though we aim for rapid English improvement to rival any other school, we also expect our teachers to be very active. We ask teachers to include interactive games and reinforcement activities in every class they teach.
This job is for a friendly and organized person who really enjoys a new challenge, loves having fun with the kids and has lots of interesting ideas and activities they want to share. I¡¦m really looking for someone vibrant and enthusiastic who will inspire our kids to learn.
We currently employ 4 Westerners including myself as well as a full Korean staff and this is liable to being expanded with the start of the new term.
The housing is a modern officetel with a full kitchen/living room, second floor loft bedroom and secure parking. The area has a large resident population of friendly westerners from around the world, that I would be more than happy to introduce you to.

Start Date - 1 x Start Mid-April
1 x Start of May (contract signed April)
Benefits
Salary: KRW 2.3 ~ 2.5 million per month (depending on qualifications and experience)
Housing: Single Person Furnished Accommodation Provided
Visa: Sponsored E2 Visa including Japan trip if necessary (teacher provides documents)
Vacation: 2 weeks (10 work days) paid.
Severance Bonus: One month bonus pay upon completion of a one-year contract
