Gyeongju University, Gyeongju City, South Korea, Seeks Native English Speakers for Full-Time Instructor Positions.
1. Contract Period: September 1, 2011 to August 31, 2012; Annual renewal upon evaluation.
2. Position: full-time instructor in the Global Education Center in Gyeongju University
3. Qualification: Minimum requirement - M.A. or Ph.D in Medical Science, Performance Art, or
Archeology, Anthropology, and Art History
4. Duties:
• Basic teaching load: 12 hours per week (Mon. - Fri.)
• Standard office hours: 4 hours per day (10/week)
5. Salary: 2,300,000 won, depending on qualifications
6. Overtime Pay (hourly): 30,000 won for special programs; 17,000 won for regular classes
7. Paid Vacation:
• Minimum 4 weeks vacation (annual) guaranteed during summer and winter breaks
• Any work completed during vacation will include additional payment. This may include
courses provide during summer and winter vacation.
8. Benefits:
