Company Description “The best chance a student has at improving his or her English is to have a motivated teacher who cares.” – Dan Ryu (Managing Co-founder)

Founded in 2003 and located in the chic Kangnam neighborhood in southern Seoul, E-Spirit has grown rapidly to become a major player in the exclusive market of teaching advanced English education to elementary school students. E-Spirit opened its second branch located in Apgujeong, early February 2008. Past and present E-Spirit students have included the children of Korean statesmen, CEOs, professional athletes, and a Korean Supreme Court judge.

At E-Spirit, only SEVEN students are placed in each classroom to ensure quality student-teacher interactions. All entering students must have a minimum 1st grade reading level to allow them to maximize their time spent with their native-speaking teachers.

In addition to having a high English level, E-Spirit students are motivated achievers. Teachers regularly comment on the students’ work ethic and outstanding behavior.

Our formula for success has been simple:

* Build great, long-term relationships with teachers - By giving the teachers support and encouragement they need to succeed, we've been able to foster an atmosphere of trust and ethics at E-Spirit.

* Focus on students - We conduct screening interviews and match students based on grade AND level (over 30% of applying students do not meet minimum requirements and are unfortunately denied entrance / we have over a 95% success rate in placing students in the right level).

* Use a tested, proven curriculum that works - Our curriculum is 100% teacher created and approved.
Direction Apply today to become a member of the E-Spirit English Teaching team (see testimonials below). E-Spirit offers you the opportunity to expand your teaching knowledge, teach motivated high-level English speaking students, and work with a group of dedicated professionals.
