We, Catholic University of Daegu, one of prestigious regional universities, are currently seeking to fill a professorial position of foreign professor in the TESOL Certificate Program.
The position that is currently being offered for the one who will teach in the Graduate TESOL Certificate Program. Preference will be given to applicants holding a masters or a Ph.D. in TESOL, Linguistics, or a related field,
The successful applicant will be required to teach the following graduate-level courses in the TESOL curriculum.
In addition to the faculty position, you will be given various opportunities to make a success by your involvement in our public school teacher training program
Work Conditions
Position start: November 1, 2011
Annual Payment : 30,000,000 Won
( More income will be available with extra work )
Qualifications: Native speakers of English holding Ph.D. or Master degree in TESOL, Linguistics with three years¡¯ university level teaching experiences
Workload : 12 classes a week
Contract : One year ( renewable )
Housing : A furnished apartment or a housing allowance will be provided
Vacation : 60 days¡¯ paid vacation during the contract period
Health insurance : Provided by the National Health Care Policy
