* Job Description
FLI at Yonsei University is coordinating IBEL(Intensive Business English & Leadership) program for academically outstanding college students. IBEL is mainly focused on career building and business English skills. We are currently seeking experienced and highly motivated instructors. Duties will include the following:
Ø Prepare and deliver lectures to college students on career building (e.g. resume/cover letter/self-intro writings) and professional business skills (e.g. business communications, writings, presentations).
Ø Evaluate and grade students’ class work, assignments, and papers.
Ø Prepare lesson plans, in-class tasks, extra handouts, and visual aids if needed.
Ø Maintain student attendance records, grades, and other required records.
* Qualifications
Ø Native English speaker with minimum 2 years of experience in corporate training and personal career coaching.
Ø MBA or business related degrees.
Ø Teaching qualification and training experience preferred but not a must.
Ø Flexibility, outgoing personality, and great communication skills.
* Program Period
Ø Regular Course (3 weeks): January 2 - 20, 2011 (Training: December 21-22)
Ø Career Building Course (2 weeks): January 2 – 14, 2011 (Training: December 21-22)
