Job Description
Honam University, situated in the city of Gwangju, is accepting applications from qualified teachers for Spring 2009 academic term.
Terms of Employment
• 18 teaching hours (in a credit and non-credit programs) per week.
• Overtime, compensated at 22,000 won per hour.
• 4 weeks paid vacation per year.
• Summer and winter intensive programs or camps are required, but with overtime pay.
• One-year contract, March ,1, 2009. ¡V February ,29, 2010. (renewable up to twice based on evaluation of job performance)

• The campus is located in scenic and historic Gwangju, Korea's fifth largest city, nestled at the foot of Mudeung Mountain. Gwangju is renowned for its fine restaurant, lively artistic community, and historic traditions. It's a 30 minutes flight (4hours by train or bus) from Seoul.
Qualifications
• Native English speakers.
• Minimum Master of Arts in TESOL or related field.
• Teaching Experience in TESOL or TEFL is preferred.
