Position Offers:
1)Salary:
2.2 million won per month. A severance bonus equal to one month’s salary will
be paid upon successful completion of the contract.
2)Housing:
The teacher will be provided with a studio apartment equipped with A/C, TV,
wardrobe, etc. All utilities (gas, cable, internet, and phone) are paid by the
teacher.
3)Vacation:
10 paid vacation days.
4)Airfare:
Airfare will be paid by the school.
5)Working Hours:
Monday to Friday from 2-9:30 (90 minutes of planning time is included).
Classes typically begin at 3:30 and are 50 minutes long. You will have 10
minutes of down time in between. The schedule changes in July and January to
9-5:30 for winter and summer vacation.
6)You will be teaching Speaking and Writing Skills (both conversational and
TOEFL level)
7)Health Care and Pension:
50% of health care and pension will be covered by the school upon request.
Requirements:
1)Must have a degree from a 4-year University.
2)Must be from an English Speaking country (i.e.- U.S.A., England, Canada, Australia, South Africa, or New Zealand)
3)Preference given to applicants with at least 1 year of teaching experience
4)Must have documents prepared for the E-2 visa
