Title: Full Time Professor
1) Job Description:
The Department of English language & literature, Daejeon University located in Daejeon, Korea, invites applications from native speakers of English for a full-time professor position to begin March 1, 2012. We are specifically looking for a person with professional and/or academic background in TESOL.
2) Minimum Qualifications:
- B.A. degree from an accredited institution, in humanities and social
sciences in English speaking countries
- More than two years of teaching experience
3) Preferred Qualifications
- Master degree or certificate in TESOL
- Experience in teaching TESOL subjects
4) Duties
- Teaching 12 hours per week with overtime pay for additional hours
- Student advising
- Participating in curricular development as needed
5) Payment
- 2,150,000~2,350,000 won including 300,000 won for housing per month
- Four months paid vacation
- Medical insurance provided
6) Documents to be submitted
