The New Business Planning Department of Chosun Ilbo runs a variety of English programs, including EETM, throughout the year in over 20 universities in Seoul, the Gyeonggi area and Busan.
We are currently recruiting instructors to teach English Conversation, OPIC, Job Interview, and TOEFL classes. There are 60 openings and two starting dates (January 2, and March 19).
All positions are required in person interviews only.
Winter program
Location: Kyonggi University in Suwon // Sangji University in Wonju, Gangwon
Openings : 30 native instructors in Suwon and 10 in Wonju
Teaching Level : pre-college students
Contract period: January 2 to February 1, 2012 ( December 28th 11am – orientation )
Working hours: 9 am to 6 pm from Monday through Friday and 2 Weekends
( 9 am to 12 pm on Saturdays and Field trips from 9 am to 6 pm on Sundays )
Pay: BA Holders -3.0 million + housing + meals
Master’s degree ( MA, MEd, MBA, MS ) Holders – 3.2 million + housing + meals
Requirements for winter programs
1. Native English speakers from USA , Canada , Australia , New Zealand , UK , Ireland, SA.
2. Hold 3 or 4 year university degree in any major ( MA, MEd preferred )
3. Must hold E2 visa with a permission from the current work or F2/5 visa
Spring Term
Location: Seoul, Busan, Incheon, Jookjeon, Cheonan, Suwon
Teaching Level : college students
Contract period: March 19, 2012 for 12 weeks
Working hours: 9 am to 6 pm / Monday through Friday
Pay: 3.0 million + 1 week paid vacation
E2/C4 visa supported
Requirements for Spring term
1. Native English speakers from USA , Canada , Australia , New Zealand , UK , Ireland, SA.
2. Hold 3 or 4 year university degree in any major (Education degree and higher preferred)
3. Must hold all required documents for applying E2/C4 visa
