-English native speaker with a B.A.
-Those who have Korean teaching experience are much preferred

Duties:
a. The employee will be assigned 15 teaching hours a week.
b. The employee will teach students or teachers for special programs during the summer and winter vacations.
c. The employee should cooperate with the faculty of the Department of English Education, assist in any and all phases of the instructional program and assist the department when needed
d. The employee should be available on campus to assist the administration and business of the Department and University during the summer and winter vacations.
e. The employee is to attend, have interest, and be involved actively in department and university sponsored events (e.g. student performances, school festivals, workshops, annual English speaking contest, etc.)
Terms of Employment:
a. The period of employment is from March 1, 2009 to February 28, 2010
(Twelve months).
b. The employer should notify the employee of the contract expiration one month before its expiration. The contract can be renewed upon mutual agreement.
Salary and Other Benefits:
a. A monthly basic salary is £Ü2,400,000 in Korean currency for a MA and £Ü2,300,000 for a BA.
b. Any teaching hours over 15 contact hours per week will be paid as overtime. The overtime allowance is £Ü25,000 per hour.
c. Medical insurance will be bought by both the employe and employee. The university and the employee each pays one half.
d. The National pension program should be bought by either side. The university and the employee, each pays one half.
e. Fully furnished accommodation is provided, but utilities and additional services will be paid for by the employee.
f. A fully furnished office is provided to the employee.
g. The employee will be able to enjoy a one-month holiday during each vacation period.
h. Severance pay (equivalent of one month's salary) upon completion of one-year contract will be paid.
