A successful English academy is seeking degree-holders to teach online English courses to students in Korea!
The academy is well-known in downtown Seoul as a premier English academy. In order to better serve our customers, we are trying to expand so that we can provide individual lessons for our more advanced students.
The students will be of all ages, but we are mostly focusing on business English to adults that are looking to bolster their English skills. The sessions will be one-on-one and will take place on video-chat software. This is an excellent opportunity to find out how much you like teaching, while making extra money in off-hours.
The courses will take place at different times, so we can setup sessions around your schedule. Another benefit is that you can work directly from your home.
Applicants for the position should be native English speakers and hold a bachelors degree from an accredited university. Higher-level business English courses require an MBA from an accredited university. Also, the teacher must have a PC computer with high-speed internet in order to use the video-chat software. Experience in overseas-teaching or degrees in education or business is a plus, but not necessary.
The payment for teaching starts at $15 (USD) per hour, but can be all the way up to $25 (USD) per hour depending on teaching experience and degree-level. Please contact David at btenglish@naver.com so that we can give you more information about the position and schedule an interview.
