- Salary: 2-2.4 million won/month (depending on schedule)
- Working Hours: 20-30 hours of teaching per week. No weekends and no split shifts.
- Overtime pay : 20,000 won per hour
- Severance pay : One month severance pay at end of a 1-year contract
- Training : full & ongoing training, support and guidance, including Oxford Uni. Press TESOL certificate paid for by employer.
- Contract: 12 Months
- Class size : 10 or fewer students per class
- Housing : Fully furnished, air-conditioned, single accommodation within 3-5 min from school
- Holidays : 10 days paid vacation days plus all national holidays
- Insurance and national Pension : Employer pays 50% of the medical insurance and National Pension cost
- Visa cost borne by employer

Our school is less than 5 min on foot from Sanbon station (Seoul subway, line 4), right behind Sanbon E-Mart. Owners/Directors (TESOL teacher trainer and PhD in education) have a combined 30 years of experience in English education. We both have extensive university (Seoul National University) teaching experience. We provide full training for our teachers, including paying for a TESOL certificate.
We have a western management team, very approachable, reasonable, and fair-minded. This limits opportunities for cross-cultural misunderstandings. We¡¯ll also help you adjust to living in a new country and culture.
We have a solid base of high-level English students, so classes are particularly interesting and fun to teach. Two of our students recently won the Oxford University Press Book Review Competition. We are the only school in Korea to have more than one winner.
Although we have an established project-based curriculum and many supplemental materials, there is freedom to introduce new ideas.
