Department of English Language & Literature at Sungshin Women's University is looking for experienced, committed and qualified non-tenure track full time instructors.
Qualifications
- Applicants must be native English speakers.
- Applicants must have at least a Master's Degree or a higher degree in TESOL, Education, Linguistics or other English-related subjects.
- Applicants should be in good legal standing.
Duties
- Teach around 9-15 credit hours per week including Conversation & Composition Classes
- Participate in course & materials developments and have office hours on a regular basis
- Help students participate in drama during summer vacation
- Have a mentoring session with enrolled students
Terms of Contract
- Contract will be renewed on an annual basis based on evaluation results and other criteria
- Annual salary will be approximately 30 million to 35 million won depending on educational background and teaching experiences
- Health insurance is provided
