Job Specification: English language teaching which is offered by and under
the auspices of the university
Duties:
a.The employee should teach more than 12 hours, but less than 20 hours a week
in the Intensive In-service Teacher Training Program during the semester.
b.The employee should cooperate with the faculty of the International
Language Institute and assist the business of the International Language
Institute and the university.
c.The employee should be available on campus to assist the administration and
the International Language Institute during a two week period during the
summer and winter breaks.
Terms of Employment:
a.The period of employment is from August 1, 2009 to July 31, 2010 (12months).
b.The employer should notify the employee of the contract expiration three
months before its expiration. The contract can be renewed on the mutual
agreement.
Salary and Other Benefits:
a.Salary: According to the budget, salary is changeable.
¨çA monthly basic salary is £Ü2,000,000~2,300,000.
¨èHourly pay over basic 12 hours a week will be paid.
¨éPayment for the extra teaching work required by the university conforms
to a separate regulation.
b.Other Benefits:
¨çmedical insurance (the university and the employee, each pays one half)
¨ènational pension (the university and the employee, each pays one half)
support of monthly housing rent not exceeding £Ü300,000
